软心先生 在美国用“最好的”软冰淇淋为美国的孩子们和家庭已经服务了50多年，并且很自豪将这种新奇的甜品带到中国，“软心先生”自一开始就是家族企业，1956年由两兄弟詹姆斯•康威和威廉•康威建立起来的，两兄弟首先在宾夕凡尼亚洲费城建立了第一辆由他们自己建造的卡车，从此开始了世界上第一辆具有创造性的流动式的冰淇淋卡车销售业务。今天，这两兄弟的两个儿子继承了这个公司，目前在美国，英国，香港已经拥有600多辆冰淇淋卡车，“软心先生”成为将所有设备整合到卡车中来运作冰激凌店的专家，并很自豪的声称是“美国最知名的冰淇淋卡车”的头衔。
